Duct Selection Calculation

• R= Round H= Half Round Q= Quarter Round

• Permeabilities are available as standard in the following types;
  • 50m3/m2/h
  • 150m3/m2/h
  • 325m3/m2/h
  • 550m3/m2/h
  • 775m3/m2/h
  • 1240m3/m2/h
• It is possible to mix different material permeabilities to achieve a given permeable rate required by the selection.
• The calculation is for permeable duct diffusers only (to add slot, nozzle or inject diffusers please contact the office).
• PLEASE use this programme as a guide only and have all calculations checked by the EuroAir Uk Office.
• A 'good selection' will typically achieve between 80-120pa external static pressure requirement.
• Velocity within the duct should always be below 7m/s.
